As a serial entrepreneur, Sleeman was previously the most senior foreign member of Shinei Real estate in Tokyo, where he spearheaded business development, managed operations, and advised on the strategic direction of more than 155 million square feet of commercial real estate holdings for real estate funds and fortune 100 companies including Apple, Barclays Capital Ltd., Blackstone, BMW, Citibank, Facebook, Google, Goldman Sachs, and Microsoft.
