The roots of the Kindly can be traced back to the vision and career of our co-founder, Paul Rodney Turner, and the international food relief he directs called Food for Life Global www.ffl.org.

Turner’s humanitarian career dates back to 1983 when his first service as a young monk was to cook and serve meals to the homeless in Sydney, Australia. Turner expanded that charitable program to 65 countries over the next 39 years, and during that time, he helped mold the non-profit into a global force for good.

While Food for Life Global has proven to be one of the most cost-efficient and responsive food relief organizations globally, it has positioned itself as an agency for change. Its mission is to create peace and prosperity worldwide through the liberal distribution of plant-based meals prepared with loving intention. “At first glance, one would be forgiven to think the mission sounds more idealist than pragmatic, but you would be wrong,” explains Turner.

“At Food for Life Global, we believe that food is a carrier of intention, and because food is the great uniter and can ‘speak’ all languages, it has the power to break down all those barriers that divide us as a society. With this in mind, we make it a policy that all meals prepared by our volunteers are cooked with a loving intention, so much so that our chefs will not even taste the food while they cook,” he claims.

Food for Life Global takes this approach because one of the ingredients that go into a meal is the mindset of the people that prepare it. “Our aim is ‘complete welfare,’ and we can only do that if we nourish a person’s body, mind, and soul,” Turner says.

It is this same purity of purpose that drives the kindly ecosystem. While Kindly is not a religious organization, our strategy does have spiritual undertones. At Kindly, we respect all life, so every measurable social output we focus on will result in an overall holistic positive impact on the earth and its inhabitants.

Our founder’s vision for Kindly was to expand the charity’s impact by leveraging crypto donations’ efficiency and transaction speed. The fact that Kindly has these solid humanitarian roots makes us stand out and legitimizes our business case. Whereas many so-called social crypto projects will donate to charities, the action is more of an afterthought and not a fundamental component of the business model.

At Kindly, delivering measurable social impact is our goal, and extracting the kind behavior that initiates these social impacts is our strategy. Similar to Food for Life Global, Kindly has a heart; hence the Kindly logo is a green heart created from the spinning of the tube torus — a vortex of energy illustrating the constant flow of energy in the universe and the basis of the infinity symbol.

With such a stellar history, Food for Life Global has garnered the support of many famous dignitaries and celebrities, such as the late Nelson Mandala, Jose ‘Pepe’ Mujica, Sir Paul McCartney, Tulsi Gabbard, Grammy-award winning artist, Mya, Miss Earth 2021 Lindsey Coffey, and social influencers like comedian Laura Cleary, Cassandra Bankson, and actresses Daniella Monet, Bellamy Young, and Ed Begley Jr., and many more.

With the rise of crypto and blockchain technology, we expect to leverage the support that Food for Life Global brings to our project to reach people and provide them with an easy way to make a positive social impact.
