Turkish automobile company Togg announced a collaboration with Metaco– a digital property custody and orchestration system supplier– to secure its open movement environment built on Avalanche.

Togg’s mobility-as-a-service platform intends to deliver smart contract-powered usage cases– including tokenization of mobility services, assessment of CO2 footprint and nonfungible tokenownership– for users in Turkey and Europe.

The partnership with Metaco will see making use of its digital property custody and orchestration platform, Harmonize, to protect the custody and governance of Togg’s digital assets. Sharing insights on the effort, Togg CEO Mehmet Gürcan Karakaş mentioned:

“Blockchain-enabled digital tokens enable data and other possessions to be stored and moved in a quick, protected, and green way. By leveraging technology from Metaco, we make this possible.”

Hosted over IBM Cloud, Metaco’s platform offers Togg with total control of its encrypted information, work and file encryption secrets. According to the announcement, Harmonize is equipped with compliance standards used by Tier 1 banks handling digital assets.
